[CQ-Contest] Operation question

I have a question.

If I am in a contest (Extra Class) and a General Class licensee wants to 
operate
with me as MS/LP, can he operate on the same frequencies as my license 
permits
if he is operating under my call and at my staton locaton?

Or is he limited to General class frequencies?
