This discussion has no end. It cannot possibly resolve. It will stop
when all are weary and tired of reading about it. One side of this
discussion always has to be held in tension with the other. Neither
should "win".
HOWEVER...
Even with the length of this thread, you are nowhere near to the
thread run-on and persistent recurrence record held by the TowerTalk
thread(s) about how to determine "true north".
May you not persist to that point and suffer brain damage. At OF
status, one needs every bit of rational brain juice one can muster.
Wasting it on pointless threads at a younger age will come back to
haunt you.
