With the flux over 160, it looked like exciting times for 10 meters in
NAQP CW yesterday.  But in the end, while stations did make some
contacts, it wasn't the 10 meter blowout that one might have hoped
for.

Do any of you propagation guru's have any sense of why?

Was it band conditions, or participation?
