Useful info, Hide. Thanks, although I don't envision being lucky enough to
even hear JA on 80 from Maine. 

Just a reminder: US stations may operate RTTY in the 3520-3530 kHz segment,
although you may catch some flak from the CW ops, but they may NOT operate
RTTY above 3600 kHz, so don't be tempted to follow anyone up there, JA or
otherwise.

I posted JA RTTY sub-bands a few days ago.
Someone in the US asked me if it's realistic to operate split for JA on 80m.


Yes, I think it's one of realistic ideas. But not so many JA's and W's seem
to try the way. I will try this weekend so don't forget to see 3520-3530 and
3599-3612 as well as your own frequency.
