[CQ-Contest] Android apps (WPX and SP DX)

Reminder that there is a WPX Summary app (version 1.01) for Android
devices up on Google Play. This will allow you to see immediate
breakdowns of the posted results following the test on your phone or tablet.

In addition, I've put up a similar app for next weeks SP DX.

In all, there are now 10 apps (all free)
