Joe, i think it's about time for the revealing logging SW to show up on the
market. The revealing SW should simply flag any editting in the log no
matter when it was made. Once the ENTER key (or "+" for eg.) is pushed the
competitor is done with the current QSO, so no corrections are allowed.
Revealing SW could also flag use of SCP, so the judges would know of any
move of the entrant (competitor).
