Has anyone had experience repairing Dunestar 600 filters? I have a couple of
them and occassionally a band will go out during or after a contest.
I have sent them back for repair and that works fine but it gets a little
costly and inconvenient.
I suspect the problem is blown caps on particular bands but I can't seem to
find the specs for replacement capacitors.
Specifically, I am wondering if anyone knows the values of the capacitors used
in the Dunestar 600 (value, type, and voltage rating) and where I might find
them.
I vaguely recall that there was an upgrade to these caps recommended somewhere.
Please respond either on or off the list.
