I have an older version of the ART HeadAmp 4. Use it at home, and at several multi-op efforts. No RF issues. Great for sharing of audio. On my version you need to be careful about the polarity of your 12 volt DC supply. It is a standard connector, but + and - are backwards from what you would expect.

I'm thinking for this up coming contest season, inviting over a bunch of
non-contesters to give them the experience and maybe get a few more bit
by the contesting bug. And this loos too good to be true, the
distribution machine AND 4 headphones? this if it works would be great
to have so rveryone near the radio can have a headset, and even maybe
use one of the outputs for a regular speaker too?

My question is do you have one and how well does it work? how about RF?
does it have any problems with RF? My computer has nice sound system
speakers for music sub woofer and all that But i have to shut it off
when transmitting because RF gets into it. (everything is plastic.)

so anyone?
