I was wondering the same thing.  Also, is it possible to win both the
"classic" and traditional SOAB categories?

It's an interesting addition. Since it's an overlay, can ops do 24 hours
under the "classic" rules and then continue on SO2R and/or Assisted for the
remainder of a "modern" entry?
