So, if I use well prepared modern station with CAT, etc,..... I need to set
in LOG wrong frequency? Or not work them? But all others will work .....
Like 7000? I can't believe if some rare multiplier, PY9, VK1 will transmit
on freq up from rules - all these QSO would be removed :)
