I have a pair of Radio Shack cordless headphones that I really like. I
wear behind the ear hearing aids and I can take them off and the
headphones have a volume control that I can set for comfortable
listening. They also have a big soft cover for the ears that make them
comfortable to wear for extended length of time.
I took the boom mic off of my Heil headphones and glued a piece of velcro to the attachment point on the mic where it hooks to the phones and a piece to the 'phones. That way I can just hook the mic on when I need it and take it off when I don't need it. Looks a little kludgy but works fine. 73 and HNY to all.
