[CQ-Contest] WAS QRP 160 LoTW

A few years back, WAS 160 was accomplished with 100 w... 
Now.. I realize I am only 2 states away from WAS on LoTW QRP on 160.. 
RI and VT.. I've heard both states.. but the noise there is tuff to overcome.
I'll be on early in the contest and late evening-early am.. both mornings. 
It would be great to WAS within the contest too.
