Contesters and QSO Party enthusiasts...

There's about 12 hours left before the hardy "Northlanders" of Minnesota climb into their vehicles and start their trek across the state, activating all 87 counties for your logging pleasure! The weather is looking "iffy" in a few remote areas and some routes have been adjusted to compensate for the potential snowfall and icy conditions.

The vast majority of the counties will be well represented, but if you are going for a "Sweep", there are 8 specific counties you want to keep close track of. The 2015 MnQP County Activation workbook will reveal those county names, the call signs to be listening for, at what time, and for how long.

Grab your free copy of the Excel workbook Rev 2.06 from here: https://www.dropbox.com/l/CoEB878tthbClB3nhmSZVq

Download the MnQP rules from here: http://w0aa.org/index.php/rules

And track the mobiles tomorrow on this map: http://w0aa.org/index.php/routes-a-aprs-tracks

Listen for MN stations beginning at 14:00 utc on the 80, 40, and 20 meter bands (mostly) but other bands too, depending upon propagation. The MnQP is the most radio fun you can pack into a 10-hour period this weekend!
