It gives me great pleasure to formally announce to the world that the 2015
Florida QSO Party will again feature what has been our most popular feature
in recent years, the 1x1 Spelling Bee!
In honor of the State of Florida's most famous export, on April 25 and 26
we'll have six stations on the air whose suffixes spell "ORANGE." The hosts
are
K4O - W4UH/PAL
K4R - N4WW/ORA
K4A - K1PT/MRT
K4N - K1TO/MTE
K4G - K5KG/SAR
K4E - W4MLB/BRE
As in 2012 and 2013, stations who sweep all 1x1s will receive a special
certificate.
All six 1x1 stations will be active on both CW and SSB for the entire
contest period, so they should be pretty easy to find.
All QSL requests for the 1x1 stations can go to KK3Q direct or via bureau.
We look forward to hearing and working you all on all bands during the 2015
FQP. Remember...April 25 and 26, only 24 more days! For more information
