There is great buzz around the new app Periscope https://www.periscope.tv/
just bought by twitter, that can be described as a live (TV) social
network. This is much more than a web cam, of course.
What has this to do with contesting?
Live broadcast of contest stations, along with real time scoring is one way
contesting will go for sure.
There is now an easy way to check top competitors, that there is no "extra"
operator, or that power is being used withing rules...
There is now an easy way to broadcast WRTC events, locations, social
activities...
There's a world moving out there
