Thanks John for comments and glad you found it interesting.
It was an RBN comparison for certain key Caribbean stations including
KP4KE, KP2M, P40W, P40L during ARRL DX 2014. All my website content was
removed due to a host change and redesign of the website. However,
everything is backed up so when I get a chance I will migrate some of tbe
articles.
No, I have not been studying KP4KE station. It was included just like the
other ones. As a matter of fact, like I said on a previous email, I have
never seen KP4KE and have no idea what his setup is.
Finally, my operation at KP4KE will not happen. Last time I talked with
KP4KE was back in January when he agreed for me to operate. I will be
operating from my own place instead and not QRP!
Sorry Felipe...I know you were trying to avoid me on your category :).

NP3A had an interesting RBN study on his web site after DK8ZB beat P40W's
low power score in the 2014 ARRL DX CW contest. DK8ZB was running 40 watts
from KP4KE's station and P40W was running 100. Unfortunately this RBN
study has been removed from Eric's site but obviously NP3A has been
studying KP4KE's station. W2GD/P40W has had the WPX CW QRP record since
1997. I have unsuccessfully tried to beat it from P40A ten years ago. If
the KP4KE station works as well as it has previously, NP3A could be the
new record holder. GL Eric!

It is not about changing the op, in this case Eric is an acomplished Rf
engineer and contester, with a degree of antenna design
and lots of experience in terrain modeling.
So the perspective of an operator with that profile could shed significant
light on the overal station performance, since
certain QTH's have an advantage over others as well as other antennas also
bring that extra db, that can create an overrall better performance of the
station.
If we are going to stay true to our intention, our approach has to be
scientific and fair for KP4KE.. the information about his previous
operations is certainly valid and the committee
Im sure is considering it and has considered it, since I believe he has
already been DQ for power claims. Im sure there will be enought ways to
compare during the contest.
How much these records make sense can easily be easily analized by looking
at other zone 7 and 8 QRP stations in the past, but I think thats another
discussion...
Lets wait if his commitment stands, he has failed his commitments before..
