[CQ-Contest] Tuesday Night SSB - Phone Fray - Get Ready For Sweepstakes!

 With Phone Sweepstakes coming up soon, join the Phone Fray to help get the 
station ready.  Each Tuesday night at 9:30pm EST (0230-0300z Wednesdays) for 30 
minutes.  NAQP SSB exchange, name and S/P/C.  100W max.

Suggested center frequencies are:  21.325, 14.250, 7.175, 3.800 (avoid 
3.790-3.800, and lower is better), 1.875.  Try calling below 3.790 if you can, 
as there is lots of room there.  

15 has been quiet at the start and most ops are on 40 within 10-12 minutes of 
the start.  160 is hopping in the last several minutes.
