The recent discussion of this subject got me thinking about how a
separate, outside group could implement a CWAC. It appears to me that
there is one key data element missing - a set of log files *with busted
QSOs removed.* That way a CWAC sponsor couldavoid re-doing the work that
is already being done by the CQ Committee, immensely simplifying the
task of trying out a new category or overlay.
How about it? Hard to do?
