About having two QSOs going at the same time, it requires a lot of
processing in the beginning.

After some hours, or after some tens of hours, you get to a level you
notice some routines. Practicing the routines so they go under your skin
helps - gradually.

Then just run with both radios.
The 'flow' can happen for some minutes but then there is something that
breaks the pattern and you need to pay attention.

Dual running causes fatigue.
