Hi HS 80m band limits are 3500-3540 all modes. So I imagine not many ops have
worked HS on 80m phone so HS0ZKX and I are going to try M2 category this year
just so we can park a station down there with a voice keyer calling CQ all
night long trying to work split up into the usual phone band...NB there is
still no 160m SSB allowed in HS.    GL 73 Bob HS0ZIA

VK Band limits on 75M SSB are from 3774 -3800 KHz

Look for the stations above 3780 and below 3796

There will be plenty of VK in there specially around greyline.

Hope that helps - will be on air as VK4KW

I was licensed in 1953,easily  have DXCC on each band above 80M, but have never
made a DX QSO on 75M SSB.  So want to play in the upcoming contest.  Looks like
a dipole will get me about 80 KHz of usable SWR without running out to the
antenna to retune in the middle of the night.  So where do I want to be to be
able to work EU, VK, JA, etc, simplex and not be in the big boy's domain?  My
station is typically better than the operator!  Sorry for the newbie question.
Thanks,  N0UU
