Back in the day, KLM made the KT-34A tribander, which had four tri-band,
trapped elements, and the KT-34XA tribander which had a longer boom with
five tri-band, trapped elements and and extra monoband director for
10M. KLM also offered a conversion kit to upgrade a KT-34A to a KT-34XA.
There was no "enhanced" version beyond the KT-34XA available from the
factory.

I am guessing this is the product of the original 34xa mfg when they made
and sold an enhanced version.... that would be KLM. Check old KLM
adverts. Charly

Hi all,
Does anybody remember WB6D?
He once told me during a QSO he was using a stack of "Improved" KT34XAs.
According to what he described he had added one more director to the
original KT34XAs.
Does anyone have a link to additional information on how that was done?
Tnx in advance,
Martin LU5DX
