For those of you that are using UcxLog here is what to do:
Download https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2651703/HQ2017.txt as a file
(the file will be updated with changes during next week)
Save it in C:\UcxLog\MEMBER
Choose Windows>Member Lists
When you type the call, the HQ multiplier should be in the member list. You
have to type it yourself.
Tested last year by OZ1BII, Henning on a version 7.63.

The correct short link to the zip file is:

This will download itu.zip. Instructions for use are included in the Readme
file inside the Zip.
Tip: if you're wary of clicking on short links like this, just add a plus
sign to the end:
https://bit.ly/itudtb+
and bitly will reveal the full URL instead of redirecting your browser to
the destination.
Send all HQ station callsign corrections and additions to Joe, OZ0J,
contest@oz0j.dk, and I'll update the files. Please do not send any updates
directly to me.
Chances are high there will be many updates between now and the start of the
contest, but you can start testing things with these pre-fill files now.
