The Texas QSO Party is set to roll this coming weekend, September 23-24, with
10 mobiles and 20 fixed stations currently having announced plans to cover 188
counties with both CW and SSB modes being well-represented.

Session 2: 1400 UTC September 24 - 2000 UTC September 24
