[CQ-Contest] Cabrillo log checking for contest sponsors

I’m looking at helping YLRL modernize the YL-OM contest.

Is there a place where I can get a “toolkit” of cabrillo log acceptance and
checking software? Things like a log robot and software to cross check. I’d
hate to have to reinvent the wheel.
