I will be Mentoring a bunch of newbies in the Up-Coming IARU Test.
I want to get them into contesting the right way.
Now the Exchange: It is rather simple RS(T) and ITU Zone.
So These Newbies should reply with...
" I copy your 59 zone zero eight,, Please Copy you are five nine and we
are in zone seven, do you copy?"
Just Kidding,, Still got the Please copy in my head from Field Day must
have heard that 1000 times UG!
OK SSB,,,
What is the preferred exchange?
five nine zero seven
five nine oh seven
five nine (pause) zero seven
five nine (pause) oh seven
Five nine seven
five nine (pause) seven
CW...
5NN 07
5NN T7
5NN (PAUSE) 07
5NN (PAUSE) 7
5NN O7 "O" AS IN THE LETTER O DAH DAH DAH
What would be the best exchange so we get these newbies off on the right
foot? And No "Please Cpoies" UG!
