Hi all,

We have activated WRTC simulation scoreboard for WRTC preparation and also
for enthusiasts willing to work in IARU HF in "WRTC style" and by following
to WRTC rules.

Please note this scoreboard doesn't have any relation to an official WRTC
online scoreboard! We have it only for testing purposes.

As we know WRTC committee has one own scoring system and will announce an
official scoreboard link later.
