[CQ-Contest] Welcoming New Sprinters

I heard a few stations with unfamiliar calls in this weekend's CW Sprint
who sounded like they were giving it a try for the first time.  I'm sure
lots of others did, too.  Why not make a good gesture and send them a QSL
and encourage them to become a "regular" - see you in February!
