With apologies to Mike and the other VE9s. my reason in specifying NB 
was simply that it's closer to me by a fair distance than Nova Scotia.  
I've actually never had any trouble getting MAR in Sweeps, thanks to 
Mike and many of those he mentions. But it is a little puzzling - 
splitting off PEI but leaving NB and NS in a truncated MAR?  I wouldn't 
be surprised, in fact, if there are more SS participants from NB than 
from either PEI or NS.
