That's because VY1CQ wasn't on. It was a skimmer spot caused by someone
calling CQ VY1 CQ VY1 de ?????
I never got the offenders call sign, but yes, it was a mess.
Also, I wouldn't be too critical. VY1CO did call CQ on Saturday for a
while and was doing fine. He also did at least one S&P sweep on 80M
Sunday evening.
