I am using a Dell Latitude 7280. The screen is too small for the busy N1MM+
screen, so I also purchased the ASUS ZenScreen 15.6" 1080P Portable Monitor.
It has its own battery, and connects via USB-C cable. I also have Bluetooth
mouse and keyboard so the Dell can be stored out of the way. Last year I used
a high-end large screen Dell Latitude with touch screen, and it was cumbersome
and subject to several instances of program lock-up. I am planning a road trip
to prove out the new laptop. I use it mostly for CW.
I use a Duralast 130 watt inverter. It worked great with the larger Latitude.

I have one with Intel Core I5, 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. It can run contest
logging software either DXlog.net or N1MM+ , JTDX, ExpertSDR for Colibri
Nano, SDR Console with SDRplay RSP Duo, plus several other software
altogether without any issues.
If you are looking for newer computer, probably the Vaio SX 12 for that
purpose.
Screen vessels are kind of old fashioned, the touchpad is not the best out
there.
It has plenty of ports and very good quality overall though.
