 One possibility is to use the 6-digit numbers generated by TOTP 
generators like Google Authenticator.  That gives you a new random 
6-digit code every 30 seconds.  As Two Factor Authentication becomes 
more popular for logging in to various sites, the more likely that 
people are going to have a TOTP (Time-based One Time Password) 
generating app or program on their phone or PC.
