Using VB Audio Voicemeeter (the Banana Version) can gather audio from
multiple sources and record it to a file as well,.

VB Audio is free and it can even work over a LAN so you can record on a
separate computer.
Since it is a mixer, you can mix in several receivers if required.
There are many options available.
