The (London) Times has an article today (Pages 28/29) from New York based
journalist,  Will Pavia. He reports on New York ham radio enthusiasts
addressing the problem of 'not enough Morse code operators on Long Island'.
He discusses contesting with Bob Inderbitzen (NQ1R) at ARRL Headquarters
and, specifically, the ARRL DX CW contest in February. He spoke with Howard
Bernstein (WB2UZE.I think) and mentions the Long Island CW Club and their
drive to get people learning the Morse Code. All in all, a very nice article
and only two mentions of 'dots and dashes'. The Times is copyright so would
need to get permission to reproduce it.

Cheers,
