Thanks to AD1C/K1EA for the list of CT command-line switches.
A few comments, from my personal experience:
-K1XM : This switch works fine on my 486, where I don't have a CPU speed
problem. It causes my 8088 to crash - that's where I really need
this switch to work !
-LOOP : I haven't heard of anyone actually getting this one to work.
