It's already incorporated into CT9. Look at Alt-H for help. Just type DEFINEKEY on the logging line. It asks you what key you want to define. Hit equal sign key. Then it asks you what you want it to be. Hit Shift-equals (the plus key) You're all done. I also remap the Insert key as the " - " (dash) key.
