CT supports external DVK's with up to 4 messages. The F1-F4 buttons
are mapped to 4 bits in the selected LPT port. This is documented
in the manual. I use this feature successfully with a homebrew DVK.
Note that the auto-repeat function is not supported with external
DVK's, and the escape key does not stop an external DVK in mid-play.
