Yep.  There's a problem.

Don't use RIT or XIT and expect CT to correctly read your frequency.
It's okay to have RIT/XIT on, but any offset other than 0.00kHz will
screw up the frequency that CT reads.

And it's a HUGE frequency difference.  If you have a 1kHz RIT, CT will
just about put you out of the entire band!
