CTY update coming soon

I plan to put out an update to the CT country files late this weekend.  I'm
sorry it has taken so long, but changing jobs recently did NOTHING for my
free time.

I have the following changes lined up:

        Add Scarborough, Pratas
        9A3A/4U
        TO5A
        TO5T
        VK9XL/LH

Please let me know SOON if there are any other changes you want to see.
