Hour changed

In version 9.25 found when tried to send logs to ARRL (ARRL DX CW) that
time of all contacts has been changed 6 or 7 hours before the real one.
Same .bin file using prior version (9.10) results that all times are changed
5 or 6 hours before. 
Anyone knows jow can I fix it ?
