Damaged .BIN file

During the WPX contest my computer crashed and damaged my WPX.BIN file such
that I was unable to restart CT (in fact the whole machine died soon after
requiring a new motherboard before it would reboot). The message received was

"Bad Call in add partial JA9M#0 "
   "CT Terminated"

Does anyone have any idea how I might a) eliminate the damaged record or, b)
have a method of restarting CT that bypasses such damaged records. I have
already tried merging the old file into a new one but that still results in
the same error. Thanks
