DVP Play Back Clicks Corrected

                Was Getting Clicks When Playing Back With DVP useing
                my new Computer.

                My fix was to change the defalt IRQ7 to a new location
                of IRQ2.

                I can't say this is THE FIX ALL for this problem but in
                by case doing this corrected it.

                Another note: going to IRQ5 did not work.
