[ct-user] CT9.27/DVP spoken serial #

Anyone know how to make CT9.27 and the DVP board speak serial numbers
automatically? The book says CTRL-F3 will record a "Your number is..."
message followed by the spoken serial number. CTRL-F3 now is used for another
function. What is the secret?  See you in the SS phone contest!
