There is a utility on the BBS called CT_TIME that will adjust all the 
times in a .BIN file by a specified amount. Any time you have a clock 
error or an error such as Dave describes, you can run CT_TIME on the 
file and correct it. 

Keeping that in mind, if you discover in the middle of the contest
that your clock is off, you are better off leaving it alone until
after the contest and then running CT_TIME to fix it.
