[ct-user] Version 9.30

Hello All,

I've read some people talking about the new 9.30 version (mine is a
registered 9.27). A few weeks ago I asked how to donwload the upgrade
and I was informed that it is avaiable only at the CT-BBS. Making an
transocean telephone call to download it will cost an arm and a leg...
The question is: Is there anyway to the non US registered users being
updated? I mean, preserving the arms and legs?
