The updated files have been on the VE7TCP CT web site for some time:

        http://ve7tcp.ampr.org/ftp/software/ct/

They do cause problems with varying versions of CT.  I don't know if there
is an absolutely guaranteed solution.  The problems are in CT, and are
exposed by the addition of the NL section.
