Absolutely it's poor.  I run all those options and CT is unusable without
running as a dedicated MSDOS task.

Interestingly, NA is just the opposite when it comes to running a DVP,
networked, etc.  It works fine as a W95 MSDOS shared task, but not as a
dedicated  task!
