[ct-user] 9.31 breakdown problem

Unfortunately, LPT2 hasn't worked for CW keying since version 9.22,
unless they have fixed it in 9.31... But the top-ten decoder does have
a CW key output built into it I think and you can still use LPT1 for
both the band decoding and the keying, I think!

Are they ever gg to fix the LPT2 problem in CT? Luckily, I don't
have a MP yet so I am happy to continue using version 9.22...
