If you set it up as an icon on the desktop, right click that icon. If you
didn't, what you can do is to set up a bat file to run it with the command
on the command line you want, and make that an icon on the desktop,i.e., a
short cut to that bat file. Then right click the icon, select Properties,
select Misc, and then click Exclusive Mode on the mouse option.
