[ct-user] [CT-User] Importing WriteLog v9/RTTY files.

I don't use Writelog, but according to it's web site, it can process CT files.
Presumably that means you could use Writelog at the RTTY station, CT at the
other stations, and import the logs into Writelog at the end. Then prepare the
submission with Writelog.
