[ct-user] Config file - complete definition

Does anyone have the complete defintion for the *.CFG file?

This file contains two columns, on the left the Keywords and on the right
the Parms.

The CT package provides an example.cfg and ct.cfg, however I am using a
*.CFG which contains Keywords not present in either of these, as determined
from trial and error.

I would like to see the full list of legal Keywords and Parm formats.
